INSTANT FUN
Congratulations on your download! Here's the basic tips on how to use MandleAcid 2.0:
Start it up. MandleAcid will automatically set your monitor depth to 8 bits if necessary (with your permission, of course).
When the Start- up graphic appears, click on it to make it vanish immediately.
You will be staring at MandleAcid's fantastic interface screen.
Click the large button labelled "B/On" to activate it. See the 5 panels to the left that form the image of a guy's face? Click on any of those panels. Now click the "Render" head/button and watch what happens.
If you only use one keyboard control while watching the animated fractal madness, make sure its the up/down arrows. These keys switch the color sets as you watch!
When you're ready for more fun, click the mouse to return to the interface screen.
Try changing the Image "A" and Image "B" selections and again clicking the "Render" control. When you're ready to explore all the controls, click on the "Help" button and read all about it.
The online help documentation lists all of MandleAcid 2.0's powerful features. For example: while watching the fractal animation screen, hold down the option, command, or spacebar key as you click the mouse to change rendering modes and render the result instantaneously.
The Bone Factory wishes you many blissful hours enjoying your new toy.
